We currently offer shipping to domestic U.S. addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods, and shipping costs will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery address. The available shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as order volume, product availability, and delivery location.


3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delays: During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays in processing or shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and the delivery address. The cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping: PhotoVemo may offer free standard shipping on select orders or during promotional events. Any conditions or minimum purchase requirements will be clearly stated during checkout.
  • Shipping Fees: For expedited or overnight shipping, additional charges will apply. The total shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • PO Boxes: We do offer shipping to PO Boxes through USPS for standard shipping.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We also offer shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery as military mail can take longer.

8. Missing or Lost Shipments

While we take every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, PhotoVemo is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier. If your shipment is lost, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with returning or exchanging the damaged items and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.   • Accurate Shipping Information: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
